Important Terms & disclosures

Check Rite Systems, LLC and/or CheckRite of Southwest North Dakota (collectively "CRS") is/are a licensed, bonded and insured collection agency.  This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

CRS has the ability to process your payment via ACH/EFT from most checking or savings accounts based in the United States.  Upon submitting your request to make payment, CRS will convert this transaction into an ACH payment and electronically submit it to your bank for payment.  This payment may reach your bank account as soon as the same business day as your request or up to several days following.

CRS charges a $2.00 convenience fee for ACH payments, which is in addition to all other fees included in your account balance with CRS.  The total amount that reaches your bank account will include the principal balance of your debt, any applicable collection or bad check fees, and the $2.00 processing fee.

Should funds be unavailable when CRS attempts to process this transaction, your bank may charge you an additional fee.  Furthermore, CRS considers this payment to be an electronic check.  As such, should the transaction be returned unpaid, for any reason, CRS will add a $30.00 charge to your account.  CRS may reprocess that payment electronically for the original authorized amount, as well as, the $30.00 fee.

CRS only accepts full payment on accounts, unless a suitable payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.  Should your payment not be for the full account balance, and no other arrangements have been made, your payment may be returned at CRS's sole discretion.
